We are between Lamorna Cove and the lovely old fishing village of Mousehole
lies the tiny rural hamlet of Castallack set amidst the unspoilt and tranquil
countryside of the Lands End Peninsula.
Offering the closeness of the magnificent South West Coastal path , wonderful
beaches and wild scenery yet close to the cafes, shops, restaurants and
galleries of Newlyn, Penzance and St Ives.
At Castallack we breed Ryeland sheep on 35 acres of fertile Cornish land that
has been farmed for centuries. Others include Chico our guard llama who protects
the growing lambs from foxes, geese, horses and free range chickens. We
endeavour to maintain an environmentally friendly relationship with our
accommodation and land.
The Rooms
Three stylish, comfortable, centrally heated rooms fully equipped for your
enjoyment together with quality mattresses and bedding for a peaceful nights
sleep leaving you refreshed for the day ahead. Soft towels, hairdryers, quality
toiletries, radio alarms ,capacious wardrobes and a complimentary selection of
beverages and biscuits.
THE BOWJY
£80 per night
A private suite of rooms on the first floor overlooking the courtyard and
surrounding countryside is accessed by its own external flight of granite steps.
Perfect for a romantic break, or longer stay this spacious bedroom has a
luxurious king size four poster bed, comfy sofa, chairs, remote control TV and
DVD player and its own ironing facilities.
The Bowjy kitchenette has dining furniture, a microwave , cutlery , crockery &
glasses for snacks and a full size fridge for chilling your Champagne! Here a
Continental style breakfast can be served if you wish.
Luxury bathroom with outsize bath with shower attachment and bidet.
DOUBLE ROOM
£60 per night
This cosy bedroom on the ground floor overlooking the courtyard has a really
comfy double bed and en-suite shower room with a double power shower, toilet ,
basin and shaver socket. Wine glasses and corkscrew are provided together with a
jug of fresh milk for beverages made in your room.
A fridge in the adjacent hallway is available for your use.
TWIN ROOM £60
per night
This cosy room also on the ground floor has all the facilities of our double
room, except for twin beds and a regular size power shower.
We welcome children between the ages of 8 and 15 at a reduction of 25%
Single occupancy of a room attracts a £12 discount off the room rate.
Dogs can be accommodated by arrangement
