The first thing to mention is the view which is simply stunning. The restaurant and public areas all overlook Crantock Beach and Pentire.  For us running yoga weekends here it is a truly inspiring backdrop.  Good food and great attention to detail.  Family run hotel, very good with children and there are lots of easy walks from the hotel.

A traditional hotel (built in the 1930s), facing a huge sandy beach on the Pentire headland (National Trust). This 'splendid' setting - with sheltered coves, surf, rock pools and caves - makes it ideal for a family and activity holiday.  Entertainments (slide shows, dances, etc) are organised in season, and special breaks of all kinds are offered. Dogs are welcomed. Crantock, a mile away, is a pretty old village with an ancient church and thatched cottages. Six golf courses, the Eden Project, and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are nearby. Your yoga program at the Crantock Bay Hotel Friday afternoon Yoga Workshop 5.00pm – 6.30pm (1.5 Hours) Introduction to the weekend, breathing, neck and shoulders, de-stress and relaxation session Saturday morning yoga workshop 10.00am – 11.30am (1.5 Hour) An early session to awaken the spine as the sun comes up over the Bay Saturday afternoon yoga workshop 5.00pm – 6.30 (1.5 hours) A good two hour yoga session cover techniques to help with stress, back pain, neck & shoulders, depression & anxiety, increasing energy and boosting the immune system! Sunday morning Yoga Workshop 10.30 – 11.30 (1.5 hours) sequences and postures designed to de-stress and revitalised mind and body.
