The class size on these yoga weekends is limited to only 8 people.  Yoga classes take place in room 09a which has views towards the sea.  The small class size makes this an ideal yoga weekend for anyone new to yoga or wanting to deepen their practice.  

 

The Yoga and Spa weekend package includes:

  • Complementary bottle of Champagne in your room on arrival’

  • Bed and Breakfast for 2 nights in a King/Twin room (or you can upgrade to one of our Luxury Sea Facing Suites)

  • 3 course dinner in our restaurant both nights

  • 6 hours of yoga, starting on Friday at 17.00pm in a breathtaking setting

  • Specially themed and practical yoga classes from Phil Aston to ensure you are relaxed and energised to enjoy the holiday period.
