the world's third oldest railway line from Wenford Bridge to Bodmin.

Ground source heat pump technology heats Walled Garden homes as well as
providing domestic hot water. This technology uses heat from the ground via a
borehole and heat exchanger which can save up to 75% of your fuel bill as well
as reducing your carbon footprint.
In addition, Walled Garden homes will have a rainwater harvesting system whereby
rainwater is recycled for garden watering and toilet use to help financially and
