The Penzance district of Cornwall has a magnificent variety of beaches and coves, catering for everyone from the family with small children to the surf enthusiast. There are many excellent Cornish restaurants in the area, lots of friendly pubs, ancient sites and a famous open air theatre on the cliffs!

Rose Farm is a small, 25 acre working Farm with a granite Farmhouse that is over 200 years old. It is three quarters of a mile off the main A30 road to Land's End but one of only six houses in the Cornish hamlet of CHYANHAL. Email bookings |
Chyanhal means 'place by the moor' in Cornish. The farm is surrounded by peaceful countryside with lovely walks and overlooks Chyanhal Moor which is protected because of the many rare plants growing there. We have pedigree Simental cattle, horses, Shetland ponies, ducks, geese, hens, pot-bellied pigs and sheep!
Our letting rooms are completely private with their own entrances, The Barn Room being the largest with a romantic 17th century four poster bed! All the rooms are extremely comfortable with en-suite shower rooms, colour TV, hair-driers and facilities for tea and coffee.

| The Barn Room: This 'Grand' bedroom is in a converted barn adjacent to the main farmhouse. This is a romantic suite with antique furniture, a 16th century four poster bed, separate shower room and toilet and a panoramic view over the moor. £35 per person per night |

This is a pretty room on the ground floor with en suite shower and toilet.

| Family Rooms: This family suite is upstairs. It has a charming double room and a children's room with bunk beds. There is a separate shower room and toilet. £30 per person per night |

All rooms have central heating, colour TV, Tea & coffee making facilities, shaver points, hair dryers, use of an iron. Children under 11 are £15 per child per night. |
