Grace Cottage is a beautifully renovated 3 bedroom self catering
Cornish Cottage property full of character and very stylish and modern
in appearance. The ground floor is extremely well laid out comprising of
a large open plan living area, traditional granite surround fireplace
and wooden floors. Leading from the lounge is the modern kitchen area
which has everything one could possibly need with access to the rear of
the property and also a separate downstairs wc and bathroom.
There is an open plan wooden staircase leading to the first floor where
the property boasts a large double bedroom, a twin bedroom with a guest
bed set up as a single which can be turned into a double, and a second
twin bedroom with two single beds. Each of the bedrooms is presented to
a very high standard as is the rest of the property. The first floor
also has another shower room with a separate WC. Grace Cottage can
comfortably sleep a family of five or six people.
The property is situated at the heart of the historic town of St Just,
Penzance, a small beautiful town with everything one could possibly
require for that perfect Cornish holiday.
Near to Grace Cottage are Cape Cornwall & Cot Valley, Sennen Cove &
Land’s End, the Minack Theatre is also closeby.
The isles of Scilly can be visited with ease from the Airport only 2
miles from the cottage, or if you prefer you can sail there from
Penzance which is only 7 miles from the town of St Just.
Grace Cottage is situated ideally for walking holidays in Cornwall,
cycling holidays, beach going, sea fishing, surfing holidays at sennen
cove and scuba diving.
