This self contained apartment covers the second floor of Higher Botrea Farm - originally the Counting House for the Balswidden Mine and as such has far reaching 360 degree views. Bring your boat, windsurfer, wet suits, bikes, horse (grazing available), walking boots- plenty of room for all
Located half a mile along a Bridleway off the A3071, mid way between St Just and Penzance

Drive straight into the courtyard at Higher Botrea Farm and park right by the stairs to your apartment- if you are towing a boat or horse box there is plenty of space- or unload your bikes and put them in their secure building......or let the children let off steam in the garden or meet the dogs and donkey!

Access to your apartment is from a flight of outside stairs to your front door and then carpeted stairs to the living area. This is a wonderfully light room with 3 windows with far reaching views across farm and moorland to the sea – Cape Cornwall to St Ives and Lamorna to Lands End. The English Oak floor is complemented by two comfortable sofas (one of which can be converted to a bed), a dining table and chairs and a rocking chair.
