Sale of CDs and Delivery

All CDs are sold sealed and are usually dispatched within 48 hours.  We aim to deliver all other goods within 28 days (it is usually a lot sooner than this).

Genius Loci Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that any goods supplied are faulty and they are returned within 14 days the consumer would be entitled to a refund or replacement goods. 

You can also return goods within 7 days of receiving them for any reason. As long as the goods are returned in a resalable (e.g. unopened state) we will refund you (excluding return postage) within 30 days.

'This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer'.

Complaints

In the unlikely event of a complaint we aim to resolve any issue within 5 working days.

Our phones are manned (GMT Time) between 9-6pm.  You may leave a message at any other time.  Please consult you local phone network for call charges.

Credit Card Fraud

The Genius Loci secure shopping area is "fraud smart" and we will pursue fraudulent orders to the full extent of the law. "We screen ALL orders diligently for credit card fraud "

Privacy

All personal information/ credit card details are completely DELETED from our system once processed.

Registration / Secure Order Forms - Our site's registration / Secure Order Forms requires users to give us contact information (like their name, email, and postal address), financial information (like their bank account or credit card numbers), and demographic information (like their zip post code, age)

Contact information from the registration / Secure Order Forms is used to ship purchases. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the customer when necessary. credit card information is completely deleted from our system once processed.
