We photograph Lanyon Quoit a fair bit. It is very accessible and depending on how you position yourself, there are some great landscape features to pick out. Carn Galva is in the distance and Dong Dong Mine is not too far away either.
Depending on the time of year you go to visit the colours and light can be very different. We used the location for a photoshoot for a Biscuit company who wanted it on their packaging and also for Sue Aston’s Between Worlds album.
For Moores Biscuits we took photographs from every direction until they found one they liked. The key with product photography is leaving room for the text and branding. The heather in the finished shot was from another photograph we had in our image library.
